How To Talk to a Quiet Girl
As the saying goes, still water runs deep. The same may be true for a quiet girl. You may have second thoughts about striking up a casual conversation with her. You can never really tell what’s going on in her head. You don’t even know if she keeps quiet simply because she doesn’t want to talk to anybody. Anyway, don’t give up. Just see it as an opportunity to befriend another person. Here are some ways on how you can guide yourself in talking to a quiet girl:
Greet her with courtesy. Her more reserved nature may appreciate your politeness. Address her and say something less striking, perhaps like this, “Hi! How are you? Is it OK if I ask you the time?” Give her the time to respond properly. Listen to what she is actually going to say. Her initial response may be short or may seem disinterested. Don’t take it literally. Since you already know that she is quiet, expecting her to reach easily to you isn’t fair.
