Mass Emails allow you to send one email to a large number of people. This is a great way of notifying clients, classmates, family and friends, or even fellow employees of the same information all at once.
Instructions
There are two different methods to sending one email to a mass amount of people of Microsoft Outlook.
The first method is to email a Group of contacts. A group is a collection of selected email addresses from your entire list of contacts.
To create a Group:
